Through a transparent token swap system, ranging from fast fashion trades to vintage finds and "pay as you feel" donations, attendees exchange preloved clothes, join free repair workshops and donate unused tokens directly to local Hackney charities. It is democratic, circular fashion powered entirely by the community.

From sorting through rail after rail of pre-loved gems and valuing pieces to running repair stations and guiding the community, their dedication is the true fabric of Fashion For Future. The FFF Model: Swap, Share, Support
The Swap System: Exchange pre-loved clothes for tokens (1 token for fast fashion, 10 tokens for vintage/designer, 1 material token for damaged pieces to rework).
Pay-As-You-Feel: No clothes to trade? Pick up items starting from £1 (1 token), £5 (5 tokens), or £10 (10 tokens).
Pay It Forward: Unused tokens are donated directly to Hackney-based charities to provide free clothing to those in need.
Democratic Co-op: Open-membership structure where all decisions and proposals are voted on directly by the community.

To ensure sustainable fashion remains permanent, accessible, and fairly run, Fashion For Future operates on a community, powered membership model. Every penny goes directly towards venue rent, utilities, fair wages for the team and funding free mending/upcycling workshops. Whether swapping casually or subscribing monthly, the tiered system ensures nobody is priced out of circular style.

Members vs. Non-Members:
- Members (From £4.89/mo): Unlimited free monthly swaps, bank and save unused tokens over time for future visits, and get priority early booking for events.
- Non-Members (£5 per session): Pay per swap entry and use all acquired tokens on the day.
Tiered Membership Options.
Unwaged / NHS / Students (£4.89/month): Accessible pricing keeping costs low while providing full member perks.
Waged (£9.89/month): The standard tier directly supporting space rent, staff compensation, and ongoing circular operations.
Solidarity (£19.89/month): For those who want to pay it forward, subsidising lower income tiers and investing in long term grassroots change.
Flexibility & Charity:
Members can pause for up to 90 days a year.
Any expired or cancelled tokens are paid forward directly to partner local charities in Hackney.
